In this interactive workshop Deb will teach you techniques that will help you break through old thought patterns and beliefs, empowering you to make changes to live a healthier, less stressful life. Drawing on some of the latest findings from neuroscience, we will explore how we can overcome our brain’s natural “negativity bias” and learn to internalize positive experiences more deeply.
