After years of training about do’s and don’ts, prevention policies and compliance efforts sexual harassment in the workplace is stubbornly pervasive. More and more experts are calling for cultural change to effectively address the problem. Sexual harassment and discrimination are serious and difficult topics, yet traditional training and prevention is both uninteresting and unthought-provoking. Join Sally Morris for this engaging session and leave with the conversation starter for effective change in the workplace. We will play a game of Bingo to learn the rules and statistics about harassment in the workplace. Other activities will illustrate the limits of traditional approaches to prevention and guide a conversation about changing workplace culture.
